McAllen International Airport

The McAllen International Airport offers 7 non-stop destinations. Residents and visitors can use one of 15 daily non-stop flights to Houston, Dallas, Las Vegas, Phoenix and Mexico City. Convenient seasonal flights to Los Angeles and Orlando are also offered. Our airlines include Aeromar, Allegiant, American and United. Schedules vary. Please contact the airline for information regarding reservations and fares and book your flight today!

Beginning October 3, 2019, Allegiant will provide nonstop service from McAllen International Airport (MFE) to Phoenix, Arizona via Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport (AZA). This new year-round route will operate twice weekly. With the addition of this new route, Allegiant will now serve four cities from McAllen International Airport – Las Vegas, Phoenix, Orlando and Los Angeles.

Metro McAllen

Metro McAllen currently operates seven (9) intracity bus routes and a paratransit bus service for eligible patrons. The bus system hubs out of the downtown terminal facility where passengers can connect to an array of international, national, regional and intracity destinations. The bus service hours of operation are from Monday through Saturday from 6:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. and Sunday 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. For bus stop / route information, please call us at (956) 681-3510.
